Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
This is a standard template covering how the service actually works today. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a good-faith starting point, not final legal advice, and have it checked against Moroccan law before relying on it for a dispute.
1. Who this covers
These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or buys an eSIM data plan through iroaming.ma ("the Service"), operated by Clouder.
2. Your account
Sign-in is passwordless — a 6-digit code sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email address secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account.
3. Orders and delivery
When you buy a plan, you choose a destination, a data allowance and a validity period. The eSIM (a QR code and activation details) is issued through our upstream provider once payment is confirmed, and is delivered to your dashboard and by email — typically within a minute, occasionally longer while the profile is allocated.
4. Installing and using your eSIM
An eSIM must be installed on a compatible device while connected to Wi-Fi or another network — not the plan you just bought. We recommend installing before you travel. Data starts counting once the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not at the moment of purchase, unless the plan description says otherwise.
5. Pricing and billing
Prices are shown in MAD before you pay. Each plan is a single, one-time purchase — there is no recurring or automatic billing. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (international card, Moroccan card, or CashPlus) and may change over time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
An unused eSIM (never installed, no data consumed) can be cancelled from your dashboard or by contacting support for a refund. Once an eSIM has been installed or has started using data, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, in line with our upstream provider’s policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use an iRoaming.ma eSIM to send spam, host illegal content, attack other systems, or otherwise break the law, including the laws of the destination country. We can suspend or cancel a plan used this way, with or without notice depending on severity.
8. Network availability
Data service depends on the local mobile networks our upstream provider partners with in each destination. We don’t control that network infrastructure directly and can’t guarantee uninterrupted coverage everywhere within a country. We’ll help with support issues, but we’re not liable for outages caused by a local network operator.
9. Liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, iRoaming.ma’s liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the affected eSIM plan.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
